Kurzbeschreibung

Conceived by artist Néstor Martín Fernández de la Torre and his brother and architect Miguel as a place for Canarian arts, folklore and handicraft, this is a singular corner into the Parque Doramas complex.

It homes the Néstor Museum and the Hermitage of Santa Catalina. There is also a cellar and various handicraft shops.

In October 2013 was declared Good of Cultural Interest (BIC in Spanish) with the category of Monument by the Spanish Government.

Local music groups play some Saturdays from 9pm.
Find the calendar here.

Canary folk music and dance shows take place every Sunday at 12 noon.

Next to the Pueblo Canario the visitors will feel themselves transported into the Belle Époque years of the city by Santa Catalina Hotel and its remarkable colonial-style façade built in 1882 meeting the demands of accommodation by British tourists.
